Missing Assets

How hard would it be for RIOT to implement a system, that instead of saying missing asset please reinstall the game, but instead says missing asset would you like LOL to download missing asset and install it.

It just gets really annoying to have to re-download the entire game every time that message pops up, or let me download the games file and save it to hdd so that if in the future I get that message I can simply uninstall the game and re-install from the download i had. Just it seems extremely poorly thought out the current system.
