MMR or hidden elo is a horrible Idea

I'm silver 3, but I have the mmr of a gold 3/gold 2.

So I'm always wrong, and they are always right. Even when I'm 19/4 and the best on my team is 6/7

Also how am I supposed to get to gold when I can't win against gold 3's??????? Haven't I already proven myself enough to get to this mmr?
