I just got banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs. But I don't use them.
Hello my name is David,
I have been playing League of Legends for almost 3 years now and I love the game. But today I got an e-mail saying I was permabanned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client. So let me explain.
In the past I have been using MKLOL/MKJOGO I have got a message for that on 19 october 2015 and a 24 hour suspension on 10 february 2016. After that 24 hour suspension I got scared and COMPLETELY removed MKLOL/MKJOGO from my computer. (My friends used this client too and never got a single warning btw).
So when I got banned today I was totally shocked and I don't know why I got banned because I have not been using any 3rd party programs or modifications to my League of Legends client. So in my eyes, I got permanently banned unfairly. I really wanna know what I did wrong. But I just can't lose this account. I love this game so much.

EDIT: I have some evidence I am not using any third party apps: https://www.twitch.tv/faezez/v/66640232 about that FPS counter, comeon there's no way Riot is banning me for an fps counter.
EDIT2: I thought curse voice could've been the problem. Though pretty much all of my friends use it I go picked out ofcourse.. Anyways : https://www.curse.com/games/league . On curse's website it says it's all safe and "Safety first with DDoS protection for both user and server security."
There's a lot of people that are getting banned right now for using malicious 3rd party programs hacks or scripts, but we don't use them at all.
EDIT3: I just made this letter and sent it to riot games support ticket:
Dear rioter,
I have evidence that I am not using scripts or hacks whatsoever. On my stream https://www.twitch. tv/faezez /v/65977606?t=9m35s on about 9:35 I die by getting hooked my a thresh q, if I would've used hacks or scripts, I would've dodged that thresh q for sure. (I was a little tilted in that game so I wasn't respecting the thresh hooks). Also at https://www.twitch. tv /faezez/v/ 65977606?t=2m5s u can see I press tab, which triggers the curse logo in the left corner to pop up. I am using curse voice to talk with my friends. But I've heard from a lot of people that using curse voice in League of Legends is legal. (all my friends use it and asked people on reddit too.) Besides that and razer key bindings for my Razer death adder mouse. I am not using ANYTHING.

Kendog (OCE) - about 6 hours ago This happened to me too! Last time i modded my league was with mkjogo earlier this year, uninstalled after ban, then get banned yesterday when i had nothing installed. Hope riot fixes these unfair bans
