Help with deciding on a purchase?

Don't know what category this should be in, but misc. seems about right. Anyways, Should I buy Tahm Kench, or Lucian? I've had practice with both on freeweeks and have been wanting both of them for sometime. I thought Tahm was more fun (Being a fat fish and all) but if I buy Lucian, I can get the new skin and loading screen. Your opinion?

If you like TK more, get him. Although his skin isn't great.

Lucian can carry harder but me personally...i don't buy a skin unless i feel i have mastered their mechanics

Lucian is weak right now, tahm is very strong. don't buy either of them with rp, save your ip for the next champ since he looks like he will be really fun. try thresh
