[Idea; Regarding matches.]
Hello anyone who took the time out to actually look at what I have to say,
I've been playing LoL for almost a year now, and I have to say this is part of the game I truly hate. When you dive into a solo queue, hoping to find other members of your team as determined to win as you are, but you obtain quite the opposite. You get paired up with people who just pick and lock within the first few seconds you get into the Character selection screen. I have nothing against people wanting to play with their favorite characters, but I'd just like a queue filter. One that denies all those trolls and those similar to them, from being teamed with people who try to "play by good sportsmanship standards". I don't know how this can be enforced or I'm just QQ'ing, but I'm tired of it. This not only happens in Normal matches, but ranked ones too. Use the reports sent in by players about these guys and not only ban their account, but IP adresses as well. 
Hope this just doesn't go under the bus and I get some feedback from other Summoners.
