I need help with this

So my pings are normal like 200 on euw, but the thing is when I play the champion is lagging everthing he does lag like i feel it goes slow motion like for example when I play pantheon when he hits something his spear goes forth then back then forth in less than a sec like if it was hard to move and the map does the same aswell. So idk what is the problem
