Maybe it is because you just aren't very good at the game. That is why you are placed in low bronze.

Placements don't really improve where you are placed. They place you in the range of where you were the previous year. I got Bronze 5 season 3, Bronze 2 season 4, and now since I had climbed to Gold 5 in season 4 I was placed in Silver this year due to the fact I made my MMR higher.

Sorry but if you're bad at the game, riot won't put you higher than what you deserve to be.

If you were placed b5 last season, and didn't manage to climb out of it in a whole season, you don't deserve to be higher elo, and you still have much to learn.
