So a level 29 was in my Gold 5 RANKED Game today...

Let it be known that he was a BOT and spamming "Free RP" ads all game with links to some site, but regardless... How is he in a ranked game, I checked a few sites and theyre all saying level 29 after a stat refresh. Seriously how does this happen Riot...? Not really worried about the 20lp I lost but still...
