How to get the Border on Project Skins

Today was the first day the new Project skins came out in Australia. I bought Project:Ekko and am wondering how i get the loading screen border for him?

Basically, you buy the caches with IP or RP or the bundles for blueprints, and you craft the borders. I think the whole system is a bit complicated, but you can check out all the info on the PROJECT minisite here; http://oce.leagueoflegends.com/en/featured/skins/project-2016/content/crafting

Can we still get the project borders for project lucian?

You gotta buy the icon in the shop. Then buy one of them fancy new boxes (maybe 2 or 3 if your unlucky), go to the workshop open them and use the cores you get to "unlock" the Ekko Icon. Doing this will give you the border.
