Movable Private Chat Boxes

I think movable chat boxes would be a nice addition to the game. Minor, yes, but most likely useful. For example, if a private chat box is open, there are a few times where it can get in the way of game selection buttons on the bottom. Instead of minimizing it and reopening it, it would be nice if I could drag it out of the way. If that doesn't work then it may be nice to be able to rearrange the order of them. Instead of having (file movableboxes1) they could be rearranged to (file movableboxes2)by dragging them from the players name on the box, or the window itself.
