A new summoner spell,MAX ulti

In this game, summoners spells are all Ignite and flash, is this why? Because other summoner spells is not cool. We need to be more cool summoner spell. In dota, Aghanim's Scepter is very cool, it can give you a new ulti! I think with a similar, a new summoner spell replace Aghanim 's Scepter, more similar KOF. "Overload" : duration 4 + (level/2) seconds, regain 2% life per seconds, per attack or skills can deal additional 10% true damage and reduce the duration 1 second, and you can cast MAX Ulti, this will reduce all of duration time
