Skins Rating

I was thinking: what if we could give ratings to the skins in the shop? It could be a 1 to 5 star rating for example or something similar, and you would be able to give scores only to skins that you actually own, so it would prevent people intentionally give low scores to their most hated champions' skins. It could be a nice way to see what other players think of a skin that they used in-game before spending rp on it and it would also provide another form of feedback to skin creators.
