I was perma'd as a first offence

Theres no lie I was toxic in the two games I flamed which resulted in my ban but Ive had a squeaky clean record before hand Ive never ever recieved a chat ban Ive never been banned for anything until now I was wondering if there was anyway I could reform I just dont understand how I wasnt given anything but a perma before even a warning I really just dont want to lose my account Ive been playing league for about a year now Ive put a ridcoulous amount of blood sweat and tears into It I dont even care If I cant get my season rewards all I want is my account I understand what I did was wrong but I just dont understand how i was given no warning please have mercy :(.
