I was perma'd as a first offence

Theres no lie I was toxic in the two games I flamed which resulted in my ban but Ive had a squeaky clean record before hand Ive never ever recieved a chat ban Ive never been banned for anything until now I was wondering if there was anyway I could reform I just dont understand how I wasnt given anything but a perma before even a warning I really just dont want to lose my account Ive been playing league for about a year now Ive put a ridcoulous amount of blood sweat and tears into It I dont even care If I cant get my season rewards all I want is my account I understand what I did was wrong but I just dont understand how i was given no warning please have mercy :(.

I wont lie like I said but i have friends who have use racial slurs and called people quote "****IN ******** *** *** ****S"

and at worse got a 2 week ban Im hoping I can just take the 2 week I just feel a first offence doesnt deserve perma.

I've never seen anyone get a perma ban as a first offence. Even the super toxic people get 2 weeks at most. Perma means: a.) you aren't being totally honest. b.) you were super toxic.

And no there is no way to reform after a perma unless it was riots mistake ( it's not, as you said yourself you were toxic ).

Just contact support here. I doubt they will unban you but at least you'll know why it was an instant perma. Here we can go back and forth achiveing nothing. The only thing that can make it clearer for us is if you pasted your chat logs that are in your ban notification. Even then your best bet is still support. You might get a bot answer so make sure to aks for a real person if that happens..
