Level Up Achievement Rewards

My friend recently told me about level up rewards, I looked them up on google and found this. These level up rewards are insane, I made a Garena account and I am wondering how do I start claiming my rewards and do I need to restart with a new account on Garena or does the level up rewards come on to my current account?

Garena runs their own League servers separate from Riot's; you can't redeem any kind of rewards you get there on a Riot account, or even transfer an account between them.
