Tribunal?!?!?

so WTH is it just me or is Tribunal still out for lunch..... whats the point in reporting players if there's no accessible way to pout in your 2 bits for a verdict? just makes no sense to me to report bad attitudes, feeders, AFKers, or what evers if the tribunal is gone...
