Trying to get onto the KR server. How?

I tried posting in Help & Support, but maybe that's the wrong place, and no one seems to go to that board.

The long and short of it is: I'm am American military serviceman serving in South Korea, and I'd like to play on the KR server since I'm here and the ping on the NA server is about 200 ms for me.

Can anyone help? Point me toward some information, some specific individual, etc? I'm aware that it takes a KSSN, but that's about it. Are there any resources to help a fellow Leaguer that's visiting KR play on the servers there?
