Are you really there...?
Hello, I've come to discuss something of great importance. With the continued 'maintenance' (death) of the Tribunal system, we have only Riot updates that assure us things are being done and put in place to clean up the community.
However, things just seem to be getting worse and worse. Not only are the sores of the community multiplying and becoming worse, but the good people, who want to love this game, are giving up.
Every day more and more people tell me that they have given up on trying to do anything to clean up the community through reporting or other means. There is no verification that anything is really done to them and it is sucking the vigor out of them.
I propose the introduction of some form of verification that the bad eggs that are actively being reported and talked about, are punished. That there really is someone or something out there trying to clean up the community before it decays completely.
My thoughts so far go to something as simple as a new form of honor badge. Instead of based on honor however, you would get more points(?) for valiantly doing your best to correctly report those that deserve it and not falsely cluttering with undeserved ones.
While I'm sure the mechanics of this would be quite difficult to figure out, for instance I know not of an automated system capable of doling out points based on validity (without the Tribunal to validate them.....RIP).
Yet something, anything, must be done. The core game itself is still quite fun for me but with the loss of friends due to overall aggravation with the current community, and the recent....questionable balance changes, the game seems to be slowly, slowly dying.
I realize I've written quite a bit here, but if you've stayed with me for this long.....please, help us find a way to fix this before it's too late.
