Why does riot not let me make my last minute stupid purchases. I should be able to blow my money at the last second when i realize i don't have the a skin for the champ I'm playing. Even if the game loads, i should (perhaps only if you have CC on file?) be able to load the payment page even for RP Purchases. At least let me buy skins last minute...

Ironically - I've been in the same scenario where I don't have a skin for a champ, have RP so I think "I'll just pick it up" and it's greyed out wtih the ???

Assuming the shopping cart isn't designed to work in champ select, but misses out on impulse buying.

I believe you can't use shop so that people can't just buy counter picks.

why not just take the time to purchase it after or before the game starts
