Please buff Lucian

so I recently bought Lucian and I've played about 5 games with him and all I have to say is why... His W is completely useless any time in the game, the only thing it is useful is for the speed boost which isn't even that good. late game the enemy regenerates more hp per second then the w is hitting them for. And the Ult is one of the worst I've seen in the game, if you get any amount of attack speed your auto attacks are pretty much your ult but with more damage. The only things I see good about him is his dash which is a reasonable distance, and his Q which is the only thing that actually does damage other then his auto attacks. Please make is W do at least a little more damage, and just do anything (and I mean anything) to fix his ult.
