Player Wishlists

I'd the ability to have a wishlist of things I would like to buy in the future (or that people could gift me if they were so inclined).

• The wishlist is used to keep track of champions, skins, runes, rune pages, boosts, and anything else that can be purchased.
• When viewing the shop the wishlist is visible so users can see what is currently on their list.
• The wishlist can also be viewed as part of a user's profile. This way users can access their friend's wishlists in order to gift them items.
• The wishlist can also highlight items that are currently on sale to help users capitalize on those events.

This would allow for two big things:

1. Users will have the ability to create a list of items they intend to purchase. That way when users find themselves with some extra RP or just finished saving up to 6300 IP they can quickly access their list to see what they had on deck to purchase.

2. Users will have the ability to browse their friend's wishlists when they want to give a gift. This way they can avoid having to ask a person explicitly what they want and be able to give them a nice surprise.

I see this being a lot like Steam. There are a lot of times when a game I have on my wishlist goes on sale, and their reminders cue me on those sales. Without them I would miss the opportunity to take advantage of the sale (and they would miss out on the opportunity to earn my business).
