Does Riot actually look at your tickets?

Does Riot ever check out your tickets or do they just ignore it. I asked a question why I got suspended cause they didnt tell me any reasons why, and I really want to play again. This suspension placed on me seemed for no reason, but i think riot does so pls give me an answer...

The few times I've sent a support ticket, Riot has been very quick to answer and was generally helpful. (Although my tickets didn't deal with suspension..)

The only time a robot answers your tickets is when Blitzcrank Bot picks it up (he'll do things like add Unchained Alistar to your account), and it will tell you specifically that it's not a person. In that case, you have the option to push the ticket to a real Rioter though.

The disconnect where people think bots answer the tickets is just because they copy-paste canned responses; it's not because they didn't read the ticket and don't want to give a real answer, it's because they feel the copied response is sufficient, and it saves a lot of their time so they can move to the next one. You can always continue the conversation or request another person.
