Quick League Survey

I am a University student and to pass my honors seminar I chose to do a survey looking at some of the effects of League of Legends. This is a very short survey looking at an area that seems to be ignored and thus requires research. The survey should take no longer than 5 minutes, and you are free to stop at any time. All answers will remain completely anonymous, and there will be no way to connect the answers back to you.
