Your friend knows how to get your account stolen. If it says "free RP!" and it's not a giveaway or a reward (like, it claims to be an RP generator), it's a pretty good chance they are trying to phish your account info.

If it says free RP and then give survey kinda ****, it's a scam. Never do any of those. 5 month later, your account may be gone.

I know how to get free RP. You use these thin paper things called "money," and if you give this "money" to Riot, the will give you RP. IT'S COMPLETELY FREE.
