New HYBRID jungle item

With AD, AP and TANK jungle items, i feel that a HYBRID jungle should not be left out. This can be use by those people who want to go towards a hybrid build. It also can be synergize together with one of the mastery like Deathfire's Touch or Thunderlord's Degree. So i feel that with a HYBRID jungle item, it would be a good addition to the jungle items.

Hybrids don't need one. Its called Rageblade. Just go devourer so you double proc your on hit effects (which all the hybrid junglers have). Long story short: Warrior is for ad champs, runic echoes is the ap, cinder is the tanks, and devourer is the hybrid. There. all done.
