you care so much about creating a friendly community you fail to see what creates the unfriendly people its the feeders the terrible match making and your ranking system is awful it creates the frustration that leads to the flaming punish the feeders fix the match making so bad players arent allowed to rank and the flaming will disapear force them to become better before ranking because to us real players ranking actually means something
the only thing i can say to help u is: try ignore every one in the game,i did this,and i got more result,no one flamed at me cuz i ignored them,and i said sry for my mistakes,it really works so u get less frustration try that method too,in addition u get improved,cuz it really happened to me multiple times
Feeding is skill related not behavior related. You wont accomplish anything by punishing them. If that's what your issue is you should probably consider if you have chosen the right game(genre really) or find a team.
Half the players in every game are going to be bellow average and it doesn't take much of a skill difference to get stomped. Someone is a tiny bit better than you, after they win the first fight they come back still better than you and tangibility stronger.
