banned for saying 'stfu' ...2 weeks really riot? does this punishment seem fair?

hi guys i dont understand why ive been banned for 2 weeks when all i really said was 'stfu' or 'noob' is this really worthy of a 2 week ban? riot what the hell.

if someone is flaming me cos im having a bad game am i not in my rights to tell them to stfu....knowing full well the game would be fine in the late game. and alas, we won the game but after the game im reported and banned for 2 weeks? i really dont understand the logic

i will post the full email that riot sent me that aparently was so bad that i deserved a 2 week ban.

can someone tell me why i deserve 2 weeks ban for this????? maybe chat ban at fking most i know its not nice to say 'easy' but when enemy team is talking shit in all chat and u win the game it feels good to rub it in. please riot. where can i even dispute this

This illustrates my biggest concern with the current Reform Card system. Because the system only sends logs of the game that triggered the case, it's perfectly possible to be sent logs that do not support the sanction issued.

This is - at best - problematic.

There are two reasons I believe this. First, it creates situations that are confusing to the punished player. It's difficult to learn to avoid a behavior when you don't know what that behavior is, and that's not an uncommon situation with this type of Reform Card. Secondly, it creates situations where other players can become confused about the validity and functions of the system, because the information that system presents is not representative of the information it used to make its decision.

ok thanks for the replies guys. im clearly a scumbag for saying easy and telling a flamer to 'stfu' i need to go kill myself im that toxic. i deserve 2 week ban for saying stuff that goes unpunished in everyone elses games but ok. thanks. afk suicide now

Two weeks is kinda harsh for that but you were fairly toxic and based on your response to most comments I bet you have been toxic in other games too so that's probably why. In the future if someone gets you mad just mute the person or don't respond because it seems you don't really start problems just escalate them or continue them.

it's ok bud. I got banned too for saying "ez" and "surrender you dumb fucking niggers we lost!" This game proves that there are so many butthurt cyrbabies who have 0 clue what to do with mental illness or downs. I too, like to be a dick and point out morons in game. lol

bear in mind everything looks worse when taken out of context....but am i the only one who thinks this is a harsh punishment ? 2 weeks for this? by this logic there should be 1 person banned for 2 weeks in every single game because i see alot worse in every game i play from enemy and allies alike.

hard when a teammate is flaming you when they themself are doing pretty bad. i could and wanted to say at lot worse...and this is what is wrong with this whole system also...it doesnt say what was said in all chat or what was said in response to someone who is genuinely toxic

just a thought.....your response is not very helpful. i was disputing the fact that 2 weeks ban is harsh for saying something that is said in 99% of games. if im 2 week banned for this then i think the whole community would be banned if the system was fair.

hence why i said at most i deserve a chat ban.

just wondering also, where in the rules or terms and conditions does it say were not allowed to banter and say 'easy'. i would like if someone could quote a rule i have broken with that lol ;)
