micro-transaction refunds
we should try to get riot to make refunds a micro-transaction and if we can get enough people to support it then maybe it will happen

indubitably [slayer-jinx-catface]
I agree like the point are already paid for just let people pay a little more to get something that they want more or to get rid of something that they don't want*[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]*
This would honestly be so much better than the current refund system, even removing the 3 free refunds in favor for this would be way better, I support this 100%[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

This just isn't happening. Riot Wants us the players to look up and investigate our purchase before buying on websites such as Youtube or Surrender @ 20 mainly because they just don't have the time to update the shop and a lot of splash arts sell skins while the ingame model is a bit...meh. Corsair Quin Splash looks great. I get in game and its meh. The colors look off in game
Bought a skin that had a nice splash art but got in game with pizza feet? oh well. Tencent isn't in the business in giving back money and neither is Riot. Riot used to be lenient like when dark Valkyrie Diana helmet was removed. Well when that happens now you keep the skin. No refunds. Fiorra got a visual update despite not needing one with her game play update.
Riot doesn't even Preview skins in the shop.
