Suspended question

Well today when i tried to login my account and it said my account has been permanently suspended. And i check the email and it didn't say the reason i got suspended. I am totally confused about it. And how can i get unsuspend? Can someone help me about it?

When does your email say your ban will end? That date is a code that will help determine the reason for your ban.
