it could come back. If a skin has been available in the store at some point it has potential to come back. "If" it does is all on Riot, but to be fair its just a darker color of his classic skin!

I believe this is the only "retired" skin...meaning it will NEVER come back. Other ones that will not be for sale are King Rammus and Black Alistar.
