General Riot Employee Level

Hey, I've never posted on the league forums before but I was just curious of to what level riot employees are usually around. I would understand if many were around high diamond level but for other purposes such as technology or software do most riot employees play in higher ranks or are there some that play in lower more average elo's. Im gold 1 and was plat 3 end of preseason, but I was just curious to how many if any riot employees are out there in the gold range.
