Is it possible to change sound effects of a champion.
I would like to change a few sound effects of 
for my own personal use. For example: custom skins. No one else can see them but you can.
So basically I can hear custom sounds.
I'd like to use some of the sounds from this video to be exact. (Going to google the songs used, not going to steal from the video itself.)

However, I cannot do it if it is not possible to change the champions specific sound file.
