how to show the world u r tough on toxic players

if ppl thought there would be consequences to their actions, they would be less likely to be mean. for this reason, i think u should add something to the privacy policy that riot can access ur webcam and if it deems u toxic it takes ur picture. this should be in small print so no one actually knows it's there (so they dont wear masks n stuff). u then publish a document that has pictures of all the bad ppl and then they feel embarassed bc they r seen as bad ppl.

edit: pls give ur feedback, i want to fully flesh this idea out then send it in a document to riot.
