Brain Errör 4043 votesit's what people have been talking about with the whole "Riven cancel my CC" things. You can do that with any dash ability if you time it the moment the hook lands. But based on what I'm watching, it could also be that noc's fear interferes with the hook.

^This. Usually it takes a fresh CC to cancel another CC, but maybe his fear applies multiple ticks of CC due to coding?
