Toxicity Isn't Gone, People just work around the loopholes.
There's a chat. And then there's the game. People who are toxic are not stupid. They will not write toxic things but do toxic things in the game. They care about the victory so much more than the players they are playing with. People feed, so what? People are bad at the game? SO WHAT? Does that mean you should exclude them outside the game? When they talk no one listens, when they ask, when they direct no one cares, just because of little numbers on the scoreboard. Everyone's playing to have fun, isn't that what video games is about? Isn't playing with other people and a community and competition suppose to make ourselves good about participating, even when we're not as good? Winning is fun, that's great, but at the expense of the other people playing with you? There is no morality on the fields of justice, only scoreboards. I have myself been frustrated, but over time I got to to know other players as people, not as the number on the board. There's calling people out on the game, and then there's making them feel like they shouldn't be in the game with you. "I love league of legends but I hate playing it" - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nxAabW7JfTQ It defines the only thing wrong about this game, and that has been community ever since the game started to become so large.
