Nunu Ideas. Buff?
I think Nunu needs a Buff on his passive every 5 basic attacks next ability has no cost & get's to bite Champions.

Or it just gains a bonus effect while costing half the mana instead of behind fully free. Like iceblast would additional damage based on HP, bloodboil would hit two targets, and consume could be used on champions for a 5th of the true damage. Ulti would stun people for .75 second on the end of the channel.
