Send in a support ticket. I was in a similar situation with Leona being in sale last year (Think I was 17 rp off). Sent in a support ticket and Riot was nice enough to give me some.

BUT DON'T FORGET FOR THE LOVE OF GOD TO INCLUDE SOME ARTWORK IN THE TICKET.
