Is the Tribunal biased?

Recently I've seen a lot of people talking about how they thing the new "Leaverbuster" system and Tribunal are "broken" or "Biased." They claim that the community is biased towards anyone showing any signs of negativity. What do you guys think? do you think it's "Biased" and that the Tribunal is filled with vexed players or just highly intolerant individuals? Or do you think its fair? Share your thoughts with me, I think it would be a great topic for discussion. (Provided I have this in the correct forum.)

The Tribunal doesn't exist. No regular community member is in it. It's just Lyte, some Rioters, and 312321483124713290472319471320974132741329431209423 automated scripts

the tribunal has been down for like a year. There are quite a few things people dont like about the new automated systems. Some dislike it purely because its automatic. Others think its just to strict. Others think it is inaccurate. The strictness is really the only complaint that I understand even though I disagree in most cases.

Leaverbuster is completely unbiased. What some people don't like about leaverbuster is that they don't think it should only be for rage quitting since it also punishes people with frequent connection or PC issues.

2 week bans went up because they're automated now for extremely toxic players who get reported "uniquely" every other game by 1+ person, be thankful it's not a perma because next one will be: no more chat restrictions, just restrain yourself leave everyone unmuted and watch them burn themselves with toxicity >:)
