I think I can relate to new players...

So I joined LoL in late season 3 and have been playing ever since - I am currently Silver 1 on my main account.

I am currently trying to level an additional account and boy does it not only seem SUPER lengthy to level this account (even with XP/IP boosts), but it seems nearly impossible to NOT lose. I feel bad for new players because from what I've experienced so far in making this new account, it is as if the enemy team is always full of smurfs (at least plat+) and the people on my team seem to be actually new (1 or 2 are sometimes bronze/silver/low Gold smurfs). In addition, the enemies are often groups of 3 or more friends (plat+) and play champs like LeBlanc, Katarina, or Riven. Let's be honest, there is no way a level 3 player can go 30-2 on Bard Jungle and have great mechanics and micro-management. What level 1 player who's 'new' to the game really knows about objectives? People who just joined LoL are barely even learning how to build or even right click! It's highly unlikely they can stutter step properly on a Vayne at level 2 and use her tumble efficiently in fights like high elo players do (Yes, I felt like I was playing against TL Piglet).

I guess what I'm trying to say is, if I were new to this game I'd probably go back to the game I came from right after the first 10 levels or so. I'd assume that the players who do decide to stay often wind up in bronze because they never got the chance to 'really' practice levels 1 through 30 and enter ranked directly or they become toxic players because losing 24/7 is totally not cool.

So if you're one of those stuck in bronze I feel ya - it just wasn't this 'bad' during late season 3. Something needs to be done. Idk... maybe something like being able to buy your account 10, 20, or 30 levels and not being able to play ranked until the person has played at least 10 different champions 20 times - or played a total of 500 games.

All in all, going against smurfs all the time and getting your toosh handed to is, and NEVER will be fun.
