Feeder detection is live. People are getting punished for it, but 1 game of it is typically not enough (especially if it wasn't actually intentional). And like Archon said, your punishment escalates now so you must have ignored the warnings and previous punishments. Chat restrictions were reset this patch for Urgod's sake.
Here's hoping you learn your lesson, instead of putting the blame fully on Riot.
