Riot,

Could you please work on having something to use IP on? I know I am not alone in this when I say, I have all the champs, got all my rune pages and also the runes. I have been playing for awhile and now sit on over 100k IP with nothing to do with it.

One thing, if you can buy champions with IP then you should be able to gift champions with IP. To save gifting for only RP makes no sense.

Maybe champion skins could cost IP as well. Only make it expensive in the IP aspect. I mean for players who have dedicated the time to playing, there should be some kind of reward in it.

All in all, IP does not have to be useless. Just make a better system for it.

I think the best idea, is for them to allow you to give a good chunk of that to me, I could make some use out of it as I still have some rune pages and a few champions to pick up.
