RITO WHERE IS NEW PROJECT SKINS?

riot is ass when it comes to new skins they are never constant with there skins i mean they teased us 2-3weeks ago when they first showed us then they wont even give us any info besides sometime this patch which means it could come out the last day of the patch they need to atleast say if they are almost done with the skins or just fixing some minor bugs they cant keep leaving us out to dry

Using some logic and reasoning, the whole PROJECT event is supposed to last a week. This, to me, means that it'll be released on the Monday of August 1st since it's the only week that will let the PROJECT event stay within the same week.
