I wanna Create a new League Mini-Game, i call it, Skillshot Tag

Skillshot Tag is a game where there is 5 Runners and 3 Skillshotters. The Runners must hide and the Skillshotters must skillshot (can only use jungle but can't hide behind monsters). There is 5 rounds of 5 minutes with a 1 minute break between each round and a 1 minute to prepare before the first round. Skillshotters objectif is to land their skillshots, if a Runner gets hit, he is eliminate, Skillshotters have to elimate all the Runners before the end of the round, otherwise, they lose (Best out of 5). A full game SkillShot Tag game last 30 minutes. Skillshotters and Runners mainly wanna build MoveSpeed, CDR and Vision. The Champions that are able for Skillshotters are: Thresh, Nautilus, Blitzcrank, Amumu, Elise, Leona, Lee Sin, Lux, Morgana & Nidalee. Runners mostly wants to pick Champions with Dashes/Stealth Ex: Shaco, Ezreal, Fizz, Kha'Zix, Zed, LeBlanc, Etc. (No Teemo allowed). The Runners are not allowed to CC the Skillshotters, they can only escape. Once a Runner is eliminate, he have to mess around in his base till the end of the round. All the action will happen on Summoner's Rift (Draft Pick)
