Africa Megaserver

Hello everyone , I don't know if you people in riot still think Africans live in Zoo's and sleep with tigers , you are wrong .. A lot of us play league of legends and the greatest thing of playing is constantly playing on 200+ ping ... -_- If can give out huge amounts of money , why cant you just create a server for Africa , so that EVERYONE can enjoy the game. I see Dota doing it it , why can't riot just implement this into League of Legends instead of making all African players lag while playing the game. Maybe it hasn't crossed your minds but yes , we do actually have house , that are made of bricks , not hay and animal skin .. We do have internet lines , we do not send messages in a bottle across the ocean.
