Game Utility

I think it would be great to be able to have a ping tracker within the client, so you can track it out of game. I can't count how many times I have gotten into a ranked game only to find out that my ping was 300ms+ even 150 is almost unplayable.

Where I live it's extremely unpredictable when Verizon Fios will kick the bucket and major lag spikes will ensue, I think it would be a great addition to the game client to be able to see it out of a match, so you can say "Oh... yeah well maybe I shouldnt play this ranked match right now."
