The Community needs more Doctors.

So I'm a Bronze 4 player, and I hate to say it, but I play like one. I wanted to take a break from the frustrations of the toxic bunch in the low Elo queue, and decided to make a smurf where I can help newer players. Instead, I find a bunch of other smurfs that insult the new players, most who don't even know what to do. What the actual f*? Why are there so many A-holes in League of Legends? I played Dota 2 and I gotta say, I have never met such a chill community, but in comparison to League Of Legends, LoL is swarming with the most toxic players I have ever seen. Can someone explain to me why Riot hasn't done anything harsher to these toxic people? Its irritating, and its awful to play against and with them. I can mute them, but the words they say just itch at me the entire game. Look at my user name by the way, and show it to a racist, toxic, anti-bronze smurf.

Funny thing about the game too, is that I had a Gold Smurf in a ranked game who insulted us throughout the entire game, then proceeded to shame us for being in Bronze, despite the fact people like him are some of the reasons we're stuck here. I won't mention Elo Hell in this because most strong players will flame me for that. (Toxic community example right there)

I'll try to update this with posts of examples of crappy sportsmanship.
