I didn't receive the mystery skin gift.
Throughout the year of playing League of Legends I don't recall ever getting banned from anything within the game. I also haven't received my mystery skin gift either.

It may take up until the end of next week to receive the skin! If it still doesn't come, or you are worried, you can submit a ticket via player support!
What the other guy said: it's going to take a while. They don't have a fully automated process to instantly give an arbitrary selection of their playerbase a gift. Much harder than when they give literally everybody a win boost. Be patient.
