what one would be better to play league on?

Obviously the second one. O.o I mean my 4400 runs League at 50-60 fps on low..it's not bad, but it's not the 112 fps it was on the old map. The Nvidias would save your life.

The second one has a dedicated graphics card.

(Nvidia Geforce GT820M)

While the first one is using an integrated graphics card. Basically means the Graphics Card is also the processor...

So, it'll be worse all together.
