Shopping with IP just for 1 day

Hi,I just wanted to ask and find out your opinion about a day randomly selected in a year and make it so that in those 24hrs,you can buy everything from the shop with IP. For example, An skin worth of 1350 RP with 1350 IP pretty much like on the PBE. I,for one,would like for this to happen. So tell me your thoughts about this and I hope devs will see this.

People who can't get online for that specific day would be mad.

Also Rito would lose too much money on it. You already get free things from hextech, and now you get IP chromas twice a year. Stop asking for more free things from a free-to-play game.
