Fastest way to level?
What method did you guys use to level your accounts and if you've leveled multiple accounts please do tell which way was the fastest if you used multiple methods!

I just played around 280 games to get to 30.
I just played normals for the most part, but I think bot games are faster since the games are shorter and you get about the same amount of exp as regular games. You can invest in exp boosts too if you're really in a hurry, though I've never used them so I don't know how they work/if they're worth it. If you have friends who are willing to grind with you, you can go all mid in a bot game with ranged ADCs and just shove to win; you can get a game finished in under ten minutes if you're quick about it.
I played normals to level my account which was good because by the time I was done I had plenty of IP for runes, and a very good understanding of how the game works. I never liked grinding for levels in any game, so just playing it normally was more fun for me.
I just play. A lot of normals. I've gone from 13 to 23 in a bit over a month.
