chat restriction

I am among the 5% of league players negative enough to receive a chat restriction. I won't argue that I'm a negative player, when people can't play at their role it angers me because I feel my time is being wasted, but I don't fire at until I'm fired upon, I never take the first shot and if the dumb scrubs keep their mouths shut I say nothing. That's all beyond the point however; I want some actual statistics because Riot I don't think even you believe the pablum bullshit you feed us about how positive your community is. I personally know at least 10 people who get chat restricted because of how frustrating your game is and how helpless someone is to deal with that frustration. I don't really care about chat restriction, all chat is cancer (yes both the function and the show) and team chat can be summarized in one simple sentence. "Please tell me what I did wrong." Nothing good comes from the chat function, not in actual games, premades use out of program coms mostly and there is the arrant friendly player but most of the time chat is used for flaming and general douchebaggery. How about you just remove chat, replace it with something like dark souls uses, make trolling and flaming impossible with one to two word madlib chat responses. Don't knock it till you try it when you can only put Dragon Gone you can't type OMG WATCH DRAGON YOU DUMB USELESS JUNGLER THIS IS THE THIRD UNCONTESTED DRAGON!!!!! just a thought, because seriously screw you riot for rewarding these horrible players with no consequences and leaving people who at the end of the day are just frustrated with having their time wasted when they're trying to gain [lp/ip/mastery] thrown away because johny b special snowflakebaby wanted to jungle first time udyr in team builder with no clue what camps are.

AND STOP MAKING ME AGREE TO EVERYTHING YOU SAY, I don't agree to a damn thing you have to say riot because your head is so far up your positivity boner you can't see how toxic things actually are for all those people who don't get caught you maybe catch one or two, you've actively done nothing to curb toxicity you've just enabled crybabies to complain harder when someone tells them that perhaps trying to solo dragon at 20% health wasn't the best idea, or hey top and jungle dc'd we should FF, No.. okay well then guess I'm hostage for however long you want to drag this out.
